The answer is yes, we have the ability to restore and strenghten incisal edge wear and fractures. This patient had wished she had addressed her front teeth much sooner after she saw the final restorative solution. She bruxes( clenches and grinds teeth) at night and wears a protective occlusal guard to prolong the life of her teeth and new incisal fillings.
